Same as https://www.teigfam.net/oyvind/home/technology/264-http-and-https except this is from outside of my WordPress domain.

WordPress 6.7.1, Really Simple Security 9.2.0 and a https://www.teigfam.net/.htaccess file

My WordPress domain is https://www.teigfam.net/oyvind/home (https://)
  1. http://www.teigfam.net - outside WordPress domain
    I edited and saved in local .html as http://
    Displayed here as http://
    Opens as https:// (by .htaccess?)
  2. http://www.teigfam.net/oyvind/ - outside WordPress domain
    I edited and saved in local .html as http://
    Displayed here as http://
    Opens as https:// (by .htaccess?)
  3. http://www.teigfam.net/oyvind/home/ - inside WordPress domain
    I edited and saved in local .html as http://
    Displayed here as http://
    Opens as http not secure:// in Safari (macOS) (Update 11Feb2025, now all of a sudden as safe https) but as https:// in Chrome (macOS) and Safari (iOS).
